Our Mission
Every dog gives you everything they have. Knowing what you are giving back should not take an evening of research.
Eva exists to make that answer simple. We read the panels, ask brands the questions the label avoids, and decline most of what we see, so that anything reaching you has already been checked by someone whose only job was to check it.
We do not do it alone. Eva is the people who care this much. The owners who read ingredient lists in the aisle. The vets, trainers, and groomers who tell us when we have got something wrong. The small makers building to a standard nobody was asking them to meet.
A shop is somewhere you buy from. This is somewhere you belong to.
Eva's Standard
Everything Eva carries has been vetted for the dog, not the shelf. We do the work so you never have to wonder what you are feeding or putting on your dog.
You can shop with confidence knowing we support the following practices and products:
- Named-species, traceable proteins with country of origin disclosed
- Human-grade and USA-made food, treats, and supplements
- Grass-fed, pasture-raised, and wild-caught proteins

The Eva App
Most of your dog's life is undocumented. When the limp started. What you switched them off, and why. What the vet said in March. It lives in your head until the moment you actually need it, and then it doesn't.
Eva remembers. Weight, walks, what is in the bowl, what the vet found. Not so you can look at charts, but so that nobody is reconstructing your dog's history from memory at the worst possible moment.
And once Eva knows your dog, the answers get smaller. Not the best food. The right food for a nine-year-old lab with a sensitive stomach who has already turned down two.
Our standard tells you what is good. Your dog's record tells you what is good for yours.

One Percent for the Planet
Making and shipping things costs the planet something, and we would rather pay that back than pretend it does not exist. Eva is a member of 1% for the Planet: at least one percent of every sale goes to environmental nonprofits. Not one percent of profit, and not when it suits us. One percent of the sale.

The Ocean Cleanup
Trillions of pieces of plastic are in the ocean today, and the problem is getting worse. It does not disappear, it breaks down, and marine wildlife eats it before it reaches the human food chain. The Ocean Cleanup is a nonprofit building and scaling the technology to pull it back out, aiming to clear ninety percent of floating ocean plastic by 2040. It is the partner our giving goes to first, and Pack Privé members can send their points there too.

Small Makers
Most of what we carry is made by independent and family-owned brands. Being a platform for them is a deliberate choice. It keeps the category from consolidating into three conglomerates, and it means the person who formulated the product will usually pick up the phone when we have a question about it.
When a Product Fails
We publish every recall affecting something we carry, the brand, the date, the affected products, and the reason. Most retailers pull the stock quietly. We would rather you heard it from us.
