How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders in up to 4 business days, and you may not see tracking during that time. When your order ships you get an email with tracking, and standard shipping usually takes 3 to 8 business days from there.
What is Eva's return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened or unused condition. Food, treats, and supplements must be unopened. Shipping you paid for is not refunded. Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned. Returns are by mail until the flagship opens.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you can. Orders move to fulfillment quickly, so we cannot promise a change once processing has started, but we will do our best. If it has already shipped, you can start a return once it arrives.
