Most Asked Questions
It can take us up to 4 business days to process your order. During this time, you might not see any tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way to you.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend typically ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.
Heads up! If your order has shipped via DHL, tracking might not show every step of the journey– they usually only update at pickup and delivery. Unfortunately, we don't have extra info from DHL about where your package is at the moment. But rest assured, it's making its way to you.
Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Paid shipping fees will not be refunded. No fee for mail-in exchanges. Other exclusions may apply, including but not limited to no returns on gift cards, gift for sale items, or any items marked final sale.

We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders do move through the fulfillment center pretty quickly. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations.
If we are not able to cancel or edit your order and you would like a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help you process an exchange or return within 30 days for any unworn product! Simply reach out to us at support@evapup.com.
No, we currently only ship to the U.S. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We currently offer domestic shipping to the U.S. only.
We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders above $50 and on qualifying orders made by Pack Privé Rewards tier members. All available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer online and in-store returns and exchanges. Make sure you have your order number, shipping zip code or email and original packaging. If you’d like to start your return or exchange online, visit our Returns Center and choose your method.

Box and ship method: Pack up your item in its original packaging, attach your shipping label and drop off the package at one of our designated carrier locations. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:
Gift Cards: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash except as required by law. No refunds will be given.
